Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances can arise which may leave customers feeling dissatisfied with our services. In such cases, we want to offer our clients the best possible customer service experience. As such, we have implemented a clear Refund Policy to ensure that our clients receive the most satisfactory experience possible.

This Refund Policy outlines the details of our refund procedures, including when a customer may be eligible for a refund, and how to process a refund request.

Eligibility for Refunds

At Webstar Services, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality of services and customer service experience possible. Accordingly, we offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • If the customer has purchased a service but has not received the service, then they may be eligible for a refund.
  • If our services are not provided in accordance with the specifications outlined in the service agreement, the customer may be eligible for a refund.
  • If the customer is unable to use the services provided due to technical or other issues, they may be eligible for a refund.
  • If the customer has purchased a service but received Wrong Service, they may be eligible for a refund.

If any of the above circumstances apply, the customer may be eligible for a refund.

Processing Refund Requests

If a customer believes they are eligible for a refund, they should contact Webstar Services immediately to discuss their refund request. Customers should provide the following information when submitting a refund request:

  • The customer’s name and contact information
  • A detailed description of the services purchased
  • A detailed explanation of why the customer believes they are eligible for a refund

Once the customer has submitted their refund request, the request will be reviewed by our team. If the customer’s request is approved, we will process the refund within 15-30 business days.

Exceptions

In some cases, a refund may not be available. Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • If the customer has not paid for the services in full or on time.
  • If the customer has modified the service agreement/Proposal or specifications without the consent of Webstar Services.
  • If the customer has cancelled the service after it has already been provided.
  • If the customer has failed to meet the requirements of the service agreement/proposal.
  • If the customer has failed to provide the necessary information or documentation in order to complete the service.
  • If the customer has failed to provide sufficient notice of their intention to cancel the service.
  • If the customer has failed to meet the terms of the service agreement/Proposal
  • If the customer has requested a refund after the service has been completed.

These are the circumstances in which a refund may not be available.
