1. Cancellation by the Client:

  • Clients are entitled to cancel their consultation appointment or service request.
  • To cancel, clients must provide notice in writing (via email, online form, or through the website's designated cancellation process).
  • Cancellation requests received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund for appointment only.
  • Customers can cancel their orders within 02 hours of placing them without any charges.
  • In case of cancellation requests after 02 hours of placing the order, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
  • No cancellation requests will be accepted for orders that have already been delivered.
  • Any refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 30 days.

2. Cancellation by Webstar Services:

  • Webstar Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a consultation appointment or service request.
  • In the event of a cancellation by Webstar Services, reasonable efforts will be made to notify the client as soon as possible.
  • If Webstar Services cancels the appointment, the client will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.

3. Refunds:

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within a reasonable time frame.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Changes to the Policy:
